中国农村5岁以下儿童营养不良的多因素分析

摘　　要：根据儿童营养不良发生的有关因素对全国２９个省市农村进行聚类分析，建立了７个模式，再应用Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归对７个模式进行多因素分析。在不同的模式中筛选出了影响儿童营养不良的危险因素及其归因危险度。根据分析结果，可对我国不同省市农村，重点采取不同措施，分类指导，降低儿童营养不良的患病率。A cluster method was used to analyze the major factors related to malnutrition of children under five in 29 provinces. Seven patterns were established. Multiple logistic regression model was lead into each of the patterns to identify the most important factors. The odds ratio and attributable risk for each factor were calculated. According to this results , guidance can be given for tackling the main factors in various clusters in order to alleviate malnutrition of children.
