摘 要:随着数字控制技术、微电子技术的发展和微型计算机的普及与应用,作为步进电机驱动技术重要分支之一的细分驱动技术的研究与应用显得日益重要了。本文对功率步进电机细分驱动技术作了较全面的理论分析,并给出了步进电机步距角均匀细分获得较高的细分精度的运行条件。With the development of microelectronic technology and NC technique as well as the popularization and applications of microcomputer,the research and application of the technique of microstepping or ministepping drive, which is one of the most important branches of the drive technique of step motor,is becoming more and more important. In this paper,the technique of microstepping drive of power step motor is comprehensively analysed in terms of theory,the running pattern for obtaining the high precise equlity of step angle under the condition of even microstepping is given.
