生长抑素(Stilamin)治疗食管静脉曲张破裂大出血

摘　　要：使用生长抑素治疗了17例经急诊胃镜证实为食管静脉曲张破裂大出血的病人,生长抑素首剂250μg静脉推注后续以250μg/hr的速度连续静脉滴注96小时,用药后24、48和96小时止血率分别为70.6％、76.5％和88.2％,停药后再出血率为13.3％,仅1例病人出现了不良反应。To evaluate the effect of somatostatin (Stilamin) on severe variceal hemorrhage.Methods: 17 patients with severe variceal hemorrhage proven by emergency gastroscopy were treated with somatostatin (Stilamin). An initial 250μg bolus of somatostatin followed by a 4-day continuous infusion of 250μg/hr was administered and all patients were under close observation and intragastric tube monitoring till the end of 5th day. Results: Bleeding was controlled in 70.6%, 76.5% and 88.2% of patients following treatment of 24, 48 and 96hr respectively. Rebleeding occurred in 13.3% of cases. Only 1 patient had transient mild vomiting during administration of somatostatin. Conclusion: It is concluded that somatostatin is an effective and safe drug for the control of severe variceal hemorrhage.
