摘 要:背景:胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,慢性炎症在胃癌发生、发展中发挥作用。白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-6、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1是重要的炎症相关因子,三者在胃癌中的作用尚不完全清楚。目的:探讨胃癌组织中IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集2009年1月-2010年1月青岛市市立医院的50例胃癌患者和26名健康对照者的组织标本,采用免疫组化染色检测IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1的表达,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:胃癌组织中IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1中-高强度阳性表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移均相关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度均无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织中IL-17表达与IL-6、TGF-β1表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17、IL-6和TGF-β1在胃癌的发生和发展中可能起促进作用,IL-6和TGF-β1可能是IL-17生成的正向调节因子。Background: Gastric cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies. Chronic inflammation is implicated in the development and progress of gastric cancer. Interleukin (IL)-17, IL-6 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 are important inflammation related cytokines, but the roles of IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer are still unclear. Aims: To study the expressions and clinical siguificances of IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer tissue. Methods: Fifty patients with gastric cancer and 26 healthy controls from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2010 at Qingdao Municipal Hospital were enrolled. The expressions of IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer tissue and control specimens were determined by immunohistochemistry, and their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results: Compared with healthy controls, moderate to high positive expressions of IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β31 were signicantly higher in gastric cancer tissue (P〈0.01). Expressions of IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer tissue were significantly correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05), but no correlation with gender, age, tumor size and degree of differentiation (P〉0.05). Expressions of IL-6 and TGF-β1 had positive correlation with that of IL-17 in gastric cancer tissue. Conclusions: IL-17, IL-6 and TGF-β1 may have promotive effects in the development and progress of gastric cancer, and IL-6 and TGF-β1 may be the positive regulatory factors for genesis of IL-17.
