摘 要:应用高压液相色谱(HPLC)对42例阳性精神分裂症、25例阴性精神分裂症和10例健康正常对照组脑脊液(CSF)中酪氨酸(Tyr)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、3-甲氧基、4-羟基苯乙二醇(MHPG)进行测试,所有病人都应用简明精神病症状评定量表(BPRS)、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定,结果发现:将阴、阳性分裂症作为一组时,Tyr及MHPG分别低于正常对照组,分组比较时,Tyr、NE、MHPG在三组显著不同,阳性精神分裂症Tyr、NE水平均显著低于正常对照组和阴性精神分裂症,而且阴、阳性精神分裂症MHPG也均显著低于正常对照组。相关分析也发现NE代谢与精神病理现象关系密切,而且与阴、阳性症状关系不同。本文针对这些结果进行了讨论。he levels of TW, ME,MHPG in CSF of 42positive schizoprenics 25 negative schizophrenics and 10 normal controls were detormined by HPLC.All patieats were assessed with BPRS, SANS andSAPSThe results showed that the levels of Tyr,MHPG in CSF of 67 schizophrenics were significant ly lower than those of the normal controls- The lev-els of TW, NE , MHPG in CSF of the three groupswere significantly different- The levels of Tyr,NEin CSF of the positive schizophrenics were signifi-cantly lower than those of the negative schizophren-ics and normal controls. The levels of MHPG inCSF of the positive and negative schizophrenics wereboth significantly lower than those of the normalcontrols. The results also found the levels of NEmetabolism had close correlation with psy-chopathology , and different correlation with positiveand negative symptoms.
