摘　　要：对２０例Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ氏病（ＡＤ）和１６例多发性梗塞痴呆（ＭＩＤ）的简易精神状态检查（ＭＭＳＥ）结果、脑电活动与ＣＴ变化进行对比分析发现：ＡＤ的智力障碍较全面，ＭＩＤ的智力障碍为部分性。在ＢＥＡＭ上，两组θ频段两半球对称系数不同，在ＣＴ影像变化显示两半球脑萎缩的对称性有差异，作者对其差异的产生机制及相互关系作了初步探讨。comparative analysis of Mini-Mental StateExamination (MMSE) results, changes in electricalactivity of brain and CT between Alzheimer's dis-ease (AD) and multiple infarct denientia (MID)showed overall intellectual disturbance in AD andpartial intelligent disorder in MID. By BEAM, itshowved different symmetry coefficient of two hemi-spheres in a wave band in the two groups; by CT,it showed different symmetry of encephalatrophy inthe two kemispheres. The preliminary discussionabout the mechanisms and inter-relations of thedifferences was held.
