舒血宁合并抗精神病药治疗慢性精神分裂症的随机对照研究

摘　　要：本研究结合精神分裂症的病理机制及舒血宁的药理作用，采用双盲对照法随机分组，治疗以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者。疗效评定使用ＢＰＲＳ量表、ＳＡＮＳ量表及副反应量表。总疗程４个月．结果显示两组ＢＰＲＳ总分、ＳＡＮＳ总分及各症状群分较疗前相比均有显著性差异。组间比较于治疗８周起有显著性差异。舒血宁组明显优于对照组。该药能改善患者接触、活跃情绪、改善思维，增加意向行为活动，提高患者的社会适应能力。ccording to pathological mechanism ofschizophrenia and pharmacological action ofEGb761, the patients with chronic schizophreniawho majorly manifestated as negative symptomswere randomly diwded into two groups with double-blind contrast. The curative effects were assessedwith BPRS and SANS after four months of treat-ment. The results showed that the total scores ofBPRS and SANS and each symptom score beforethe treatment were reniarkably different from thoseafter the treatment. The comparison among groupsshowed significant difference from the eighth week.It suggests that EGb761 can improve patients' con-tact, animate mood, improve thinking, increase in-tensive activities and develop patients' social adap-tive capacity.
