摘 要:本文采用家兔32只分为五组研究常见的失水、失血、补液过量、发 热及脑水肿对血液流变学性质的影响.结果表明:失水、发热及脑水肿均可明显地 增高全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而失血及过量补液 则与此相反,表现为全血粘度和血浆拈度及压积的下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。脑 水肿及持续发热组电泳时间延长(P<0.01)。过量补液组电泳时间缩短(P<0. 01),失血及失水组的电泳时间无明显改变。rabbits were divided into 5 groups and the effects of dehydration,blood loss, overtransfusion, fever and brain edema on the hemorheological parameters were studied. The results indicated.The whole blood viscosity (ηb)plasma viscosity (ηp)and hematocrit(Het)increased markedly in groups with dehydration,fever and brain edema(P<0.05 or P<0.01). but decreased in groups with blood loss and overtransfusion(P < 0. 05 or P<0.01). Erythrocyte eletrophoresis time(EET) in groups with brain edema and continued fever were prolonged,but shorted in groups with overtransfusion,and had no obvious alteration in groups with blood loss and dehydration.
