摘　　要：本文给出了实对称正（负）定的一个充分必要条件，并用于由ｎ阶正（负）定实对称阵构造ｎ＋１阶正（负）定阵．This paper give a sufficient and necessary condition of the positive (or inpositive) definition ofreal symmetric matrix. It may be used to construct n+1 order positive (or inpositive) definition matrix based onn order's.
