摘　　要：本文报道了普外科术后精神障碍8例,就其发病原因、临床表现特点、诊断标准、治疗措施进行了讨论,提出为防治术后精神障碍应重视术前一般处理,防治脑缺血、缺氧,注意维持水电平衡,纠治酸碱紊乱,加强术前、术后的心理疏导。A total of 8 cases of psychogeny after general surgery operation in our hospital from march 1991 to July 1994 were encountered. The incidance was 3.2%.The reasons clini- cal pictures,diagnosis and treatments were discussed.In order to prevent post-operation psy- chogeny.We suggest to value pre-operation treatment such as prevention cerebral ischemia and cerebral anoxia,attention of acid-base balance,water-electorolyte balance.To enhance- ment of pre-operation and post-operation psychological-guide
