气管隆凸支气管段支气管肺动脉切除成型74例报告

摘　　要：作者报告74例气管隆凸支气管段支气管肺动脉切除成形及其联合成形肺叶切除术。其中恶性肿瘤患者73例,外伤1例。随访3～120个月,4例失访。69例恶性肿瘤病人中存活1年、3年、5年以上者,分别为68例、41例、28例,存活率各占98.6％、59.4％、40.6％。对各种术式、手术适应症及有关问题做一讨论。the authors reported 74 cases of trachelplasty carina rdconstrection bonchoplastles segmental bronchoplasties and pulmonary artery piasty and combined plastles with lobectomy and segmemeclomy In treatment of 73 cases of the makdnant lumen and 1 case of Injured from 1982. 10-1994. 4. Follow-up 3-120 months revealed satisfactory. The operative Indication and relative question were discussed.
