摘　　要：本文对27例早期乳腺癌漏诊病例进行了回顾性X线分析。表现为（1）掩月征（2）鼓腮征（3）导管扩张；（4）血运增加（5）乳头Ⅰ°回缩；（6）无改变，同时探讨了与上述征象相关的病理基础，并剖析了漏诊的原因。This article analysed 27 cases missed diagnosis of breast cancer retrospectively. The X-ray show is (1) Screened sign (2) Enflated sign (3) duet distension (4) enhance of blood supply (5) Ⅰ°retrction of nipple (6) no change. At the same time We also analysed the Pathologic process which assosiated with these signs and the reason of missed diagnosis.
