摘　　要：本文报道了20例难治性癫痫在开颅手术切除致痫灶时的皮层脑电图改变。难治癫痫在进行手术时行皮层电图记录有助于病灶的定位及能确定手术切除的范围,可以尽量避免损及重要功能区。The article reported the changes of electrocorticogram in 20 cases with stubborn epilepsy during the craniotomy of excising epileptogenic foci. In the operation,the record of electrocorticogram can be contributory to orientate the fcci and define the range of the foci and avoiding the injury of main function areas.
