衰坏生物瓣氨基酸含量变化研究

摘　　要：本文对长期植入人体后衰坏(failure)而摘除的生物瓣进行了氨基酸含量变化分析。结果表明:羟脯氨酸与羟赖氨酸含量明显下降,从而证实了胶原纤维的退变,进一步从生化角度支持了形态学观察结果,为新型生物瓣膜的研制提供了依据。It was detected the concentrations of 8 kinds of amino acids in 5 porcine bioprosthetic heart valves (tested group)which had been removed from the hosts due to the failure after long - term implantation^ 71 to 149 months). At the same time,the concentrations of these amino acids in 7 porcine aortic valves (control group)were detectde, too. It was found that the concentrations of the hydrox-yproline and hydroxlysine decreased very significantly (P<0. 001)and ones of the histidine and thre-omine increased greatly (P<0. 05) in the tested group , compared with those in the control group. The decreases of the hydroxyproline and hydroxlysine indicated the degeneration of the collagen in the failing porcine bioprosthetic heart valves , which confirmed the former result of the morphological observa-
