回心草降低血液粘度对急性心肌缺血心脏舒缩功能的影响  

Effects of Rhodobryum Roseum(回心草)on Changes of Hemorheology and Cardiac Function Following Acute Myocardial Ischemla in Dogs

摘　　要：本实验观察了回心草对犬急性心肌缺血后缺血区局部静脉血液流变学和左心室泵功能的影响。结果:阻断冠状动脉血流后30min血浆粘度、红细胞压积及全血粘度明显上升,并随缺血时间延长而增高,而左室收缩峰压(LVSP)、左室压最大上升速率(+dp/dt max)、最大下降速率(一dp/dt max)逐渐下降,并与全血粘度呈明显负相关;滴注回心草注射液后,血浆粘度及全血粘度明显下降,LVSP、—dp/dt max 较缺血对照组明显提高,其中 LVSP 与全血粘度呈显著负相关。提示回心草有改善心肌缺血后血液流变学的作用,其降粘效应可能与其改善心脏泵功能有一定关系。Following acute occlusion of the left anterior desending coronary artery in dogs,the marked and constant hemorheologic changes were observed in blood drawn from the local vein.The whole blood viscosity at high sheer rate(D=230S^(-1)),middle sheer rate(D=23S^(-1))and low sheer rate(D=5.75S^(-1))(ηbh,ηbm,ηbl),hemat- ocrit(Hct)and plasma viscosity(ηp)all increased significantly,but fibrinogen(Fib)didn't change.The LVSP, +-dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax reduced significantly.There were negative correlation between ηbh and LVSP,+ dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax(P<0.01),and between ηbl and LVSP,+dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax(P<0.05～0.01), respectively.After Rhodobryum roseum solution was infused at 30min post-occlusion time,the ηp.ηbh,ηbm andηbl all reduced markedly,but Hct and Fib didn't change compared with ischemic control group.The level of ηp,ηbh,ηbm,and ηbl were almost the same as those at pre-occlusion period and lower than those in the control group.Reducing of LVSP and -dp/dtmax were blocked markedly.There were signifcant negative correlation be- tween ηbh and LVSP at 60 and 90 rain post-occlusion time(P<0.01),and between ηbl and LVSP at 60 min post-occlusion time(P<0.01).These results suggested that Rhodobryum Roseum could improve hemorheolo- gy.The hyperviscosity syndrom developed by acute myocardial ischemia could be blocked by Rhodobryum rose- um.This effect might be related with its improvement on cardiac function.
