熊胆消石胶囊对CG、TC、TG、HDL-C含量的影响

摘　　要：通过对豚鼠塑造高血脂、胆固醇性胆石症模型,观察熊胆消石胶囊对甘胆酸(CG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量的影响,结果提示:熊胆消石胶囊能降低胆汁及血清中 TC 的含量,同时亦能防止其含量升高,作用优于熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)片(P<0.05);降低血清 TG;升高 CG 与 HDL-C 的含量,作用亦优于 UDCA片及空白对照组(P<0.01);熊胆消石胶囊与 UDCA 片对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量无明显影响,经比较差异无显著性。表明该药有较好的降 TC、TG 和一时升高 CG、HDL—C 的作用,可达到防治胆石症的目的。Guinea pigs were grouped randomly,and was used to investigate the effect of Xiongdan-Xiaoshi capsule (XDXSC) and Ursodesoxycholic acid (UDCA) tablets on the content of chorionic gonadotropin (CG),total cholesterol (TC).triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C).Results showed that the former could lower the TC content of bile,the serum TC and TG content,the serum CG and HDL-C increase temporarily,and could similarly change the serum HDL-C content in comparison with UDCA tablets.There was no significant difference between XDXSC and UDCA.they had few effect on the content of LDL- C.Therefore. XDXSC could be used to prevent two kinds of gall stone s from forming and dissolve them.
