摘　　要：本文介绍了微机械光学的基本概念及其出现的内在原因，讨论了其发展方向，列举了几个典型的研究实例来说明微机械光学的意义，最后就我国微机械光学的发展提出了一些见解。Abstract The elementary conceptions of micromechanical optics and the causes of its emergence are introduced in this paper.On the base,its development direction is dis-cussed,then several typical cases are cited as example to explain the importance of microme-chanical optics.Last,some new opinion about the development of micrornechanical optics of China is put forward
