摘  要:3-硝基丙酸(3-NPA)是引起变质甘蔗中毒的主要毒性物质。本文报告了采用气相色谱-热能检定器的化学痕量分析方法和同位素示踪技术,研究3-NPA在大鼠体内的代谢。结果表明,3-NPA具有经胃肠道吸收快,组织分布广泛、转化、消失较快的特点。灌胃后5min不同脑区均可检出3-NPA,其中纹状体、海马的含量明显高于大脑皮层,这与变质甘蔗中毒患者的发病特点与病理改变相一致。The metabolism of 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA ), which is a major toxic Component in the moldy sugar cane which can cause food poisoning, was studied in rats by using tritiated 3-NPA and gas chromatography/thermal energy analyzer. It was shown that after administration to the rat,3-NPA was quickly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, widely distributed in the tissues ,and fast excreted from the body. It was detectable in all the cerebral areas 5 min after intubation of rats with the toxin, with the concentrations being higher in the hippocampus and striatum than that in the cerebral cortex, These findings are consistent with the syndromes and pathological changes observed in the patients caused by moldy sug arcane.
