摘 要:该文研究和探讨了置换蒸煮以及部分蒸煮液在空气中进行氧化,对成浆的得率、物理强度和漂白性能的影响.文中对红松、落叶松的KP法和MKP法蒸煮以及落叶松KP浆、MKP浆的漂白进行了讨论.实验结果表明,与常规KP法相比,MKP法蒸煮具有成浆得率高、强度好、易漂白、低成本、低污染等优点,且尤其适用于连续蒸煮.The influence of displacement cook and part of liquor being oxidized in air on yields,physical strength and bleachability of the pulp is studied.KP(Kraft Pulping)and MKP(Modified Kraft Pulping)with pinewood and larix,kraft and modified kraft larix pulp bleaching,etc.was discussed in this paper.After the appraisal of the samples,a conclusion is reached that it is able to receive pulp in modified kraft pulping with the characteristic, when compared with conventional kraft pulping,of higher yield and strength,more easily being bleached,lower wastes discharge,as well as in lower cost.MKP is especialy satisfac- tory in continunous cooking engine.
