大肠癌术前选择性动脉灌注化疗的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：用三联化疗药物（ＦＡＶ或ＦＡＣ）对２９例大肠癌行术前选择性肿瘤供血动脉灌注化疗，１１例行术前一般化疗。结果显示：经动脉灌注治疗的临床症状改善明显，总有效率为９１．７％，而对照组有效率仅１８．２％。作者认为术前选择性动脉灌注化疗在短期内即可使病人症状明显改善，肿瘤缩小，提高手术切除率。是治疗大肠癌的有效方法之一。Twenty-nine cases of patients with large intestinal cancer were treated by using preoperative selective arterial infusion chemotherapy(PSAIC) with three anticancer drugs and compared with 11 patients underwent systemic chemotherapy (control group).The clinical symptoms of all patients received PSAIC were improved,the effective rate was 91.7% and that in the control group was only 18.2%.According to the above data,we conclude that with PSAIC,in shortterm,the cancerous masses became smaller,the resection rate of the cancer was increased.PSAIC was one of the effective therapies of colon cancer.
