视神经炎与多发性硬化关系的随访分析

摘　　要：本文对1980年至1985年住院和门诊治疗的69例视神经炎病人追踪观察6—8年,符合多发性硬化的 McDonald 诊断标准共13例,占18.8%。其视神经炎为首发症状的特点是:①眼底静脉明显扩张,神经乳头颜色改变非均一性,双侧受累者程度多有不同。②视野缺损在病程中发生变形,直接对光反射异常后有一瞬性敏锐现象,病初可有短暂轻微复视。中枢神经症状发生于1年5例,5年内3例,6年以上5例。其表现类型与视神经炎发病年龄有关。The observation was made on the 69 case with optic neuritis through follow-up for 6-3 years who had been treated in hospital from 1980 to 1985.The 13patients of them(about 18.8%) were conformed to diagnosis standards of multiple sclerosis on McDonald.The features of optic neuritis as the initial symptom in multiple sclerosis were as follows:1.The fundus viens became evidently dilated:the colour change in optic papilla eas getting nonuniformity,and the lesion de- gree was not the same in the patients involved in two eyes.2.The colobomas of visual field be- came deformed in the course of disease;direct pupillary reflex produced instantaneous acuity phe- nomenon after abnormality;the transient diplopia took piace during the initial illness period.In addition,there were the 5 cases with the symptom of central nervous system appearing in one year,the 3 cases in 5years,and the 5 cases beyond 6 years.The manifestion type was related to the ages of patients suffering from the lession of optic nerve.
