摘 要:本文利用朱军等提出的禾谷类作物种子数量性状平均数遗传模型,探讨了水稻籽粒游离氨基酸含量及其产量的遗传效应.结果表明:籽粒游离氨基酸含量、游离氨基酸产量除受控于种子直接加性效应外,还受母体植株加性效应和显性效应的作用,且母体效应比种子直接加性效应更重要,其中尤以母体显性效应最重要.2个性状种子直接遗传率和母体遗传率均达显著或极显著水平,狭义遗传率均较高,基因累加选择的同时不能忽视杂种优势利用.游离氨基酸含量与游离氨基酸产量细胞质效应、母体显性效应间存在极显著相关性.Genetic effects for free amino acid content and it's yield of grain in rice were studied by using a new genetic model for analysing generation means of endosperm quantitative traits in cereal crops.The results indicated that free amino acid content and it's yield of grain were controlled by seed direct additive effects but also maternal additive and maternal dominance effects. And Maternal effects was more important than seed direct additive effects.The maternal dominance effects was most impotant of all.Heritabilities of seed direct effects and maternal effects of the two traits texted were all significant at 1% level.Their narrow heritabilities were larger estimate values.Therefore,the methods both gene accumulated selection with hybridity would be utilized for genetic improvement of free amino acid content and it's yield,relationship between free amino acid content with free amino acid yield on cytoplasm effects,maternal dominance effects were all significant negative correlation.
