摘  要:目的 研究食管癌Langerhans细胞和AgNOR与病理临床特征的关系,估价其预后意义。 方法 应用S_(-100)蛋白抗体对56例食管癌组织中Langerhans细胞作免疫组化染色。采用胶质银染色技术对癌细胞AgNOR计量观测。 结果 癌组织中Langerhans细胞密度同淋巴细胞反应密度及癌细胞分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05),癌细胞AgNOR计数与其分化有关,分化愈低,计数愈多。Langerhans细胞和AgNOR均与癌大体类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移状况及患者性别、年龄等特征无关(P>0.05),与患者预后有关,但二者之间相关无显著性(P>0.05。 结论 反映机体免疫状况的Langerhans细胞和反映癌细胞生物学特性的AgNOR对判断癌细胞分化程度和患者预后有意义,值得进一步研究。AIMS To study Langerhans cells and AgNOR in esophageal carcinoma and their prognostic significance. METHODS Langerhans cells were investigated immunohisto-chemically using anti-S-100 protein antisera in tumor tissue and number of AgNOR was counted by one-step silver colloid technique in 56 patients with esophageal carcinoma. RESULTS In the cases with a marked infiltration of Langerhans cells and the lymphcytes were abandantly present and the tumor cell differentiation was well (P<0.05) and the granules of AgNOR were sparse in well differentiated carcinoma cells (P<0.05). These two factors had no correlation with other pathologic and clinic features, and no positive link between them (P>0.05). Patients with a marked infiltration of Langerhans cells and fewer AgNOR had better prognosis (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Langerhans cell and AgNOR are valuable for eveluating tumor cell differentiation and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma patients.
