佛利安对小鼠S_(180)移植瘤的抑制作用及机理研究

摘　　要：研究表明生物工程工艺制备的腐植酸有效成份佛利安对小鼠S180移植瘤有显著的抗癌效果．最高治愈率达30％．佛利安的抑癌机理不是细胞毒．也不是通过细胞免疫．可能是通过强化体液免疫（抗体依赖型细胞毒ADCC）、活化巨噬细胞、活化NK细胞而实现其抑癌作用。结果表明，佛利安是一种毒副作用极小、抗癌治癌作用显著．作用方式独特的新一类抗癌物质。This study dernonstrates that fulvate acid has powerful anti-tumor effect against mouse S180 transplanted tumor The recovery rate was as high as 30％. The anti-tumor, mechanism of fulvate acid is neither cytotoxicity nor cellular immunity,but highly likely through the process of enhancement of humoral immunity and activation of macrophage as well as action of NK cells. The results indicate that fulvate acid is a new type of anti-tumor natural material characteristic of signigicant anti-tumor potency with nearly no side-effect,and the unique way to function.
