摘 要:检测29例白血病患者血液流变学改变,包括AL17例,CML12例。结果发现CML组有明显血液流变学异常,表现在全血还原比粘度上升,红细胞电泳时间延长及刚性指数增加,血小板粘附率升高,白细胞计数增高,而全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原、血沉方程K值正常,说明血细胞因素如红细胞变形性、血小板粘附率、白细胞数量改变是导致CML血液流变学变化的主要原因,而纤维蛋白原等血浆因素对此影响不大,AL组因血小板数量减少,同时可能伴血小板功能障碍导致血小板粘附率下降.这些研究结果可为白血病患者是否进行抗凝治疗提供理论指导。Hemorrheological changes of 29 Leukemia patients, including 17 AL cases and 12CML csases,were examined. The results showed that the hemorrheology of CML patients had significant changes. Reduced viscosity of whole blood increased,long electrophoretic time and low deformability of erythrocytes were found;adherence rate of platelet and counts of Leukocytes were higher; but the other factors such as viscosity of whole blood and plasma,fibrinogen or sedimentation K value were normal. The results demonstrated that rheological changes of CML patients were correlated with hlood cell factors,but not plasma factors. Due to thrombocytopenia and thrombasthemia, AL patients had Low adherence rate of platelet. These results would be useful to instructing anticoagulant treatment in Leukemia patients.
