EU Lisbon Strategy, OECD Bologna Declaration, and Small Business Acts： Three Enactments in Europe for SMEs

摘　　要：The main aim of this study is to explore three decisions in Europe in 2000. They are EU Lisbon Strategy, OECD Bologna Declaration and Feira European Charter for Small Enterprises. The main research method in the study is in-depth literature search for academic studies and practitioner＇s essays in those decisions. EU aims to become knowledge country. This is the main result of this study. Therefore, EU decided to improve innovation, entrepreneurship and SMEs in European economy.
