摘　　要：当前妇科肿瘤学中恶性卵巢肿瘤几个问题的探讨江森，郎景和（山东医科大学，２５００１２）（北京协和医院，１００７３０）Ｄｉｓｃｕｓｓｉｏｎｏｎｓｅｖｅｒａｌｐｒｏｂｌｅｍｓｏｆｍａｌｉｇｎａｎｔｏｖａｒｉａｎｔｕｍｏｒｓｉｎｔｈｅｃｏｎｔｅｍｐｏｒａｒｙ...The authors pointed out in this commentary the current advances in the gynecologic oncology, including the publications of related special monographs and issues as well as the various research institutes. As a special clinical division in gynecology, it indicates that gynecologic oncology is getting paid great attention by the gynecologists.However, the most difficult problems which have to be solved are the malignant ovarian tumors.The diagnoses including early diagnosis, location-diagnosis(P. V.and/or imaging), quality-diagnosis(TM in broad sense)and/or several kinds of endoscopies even exploratory laparotomy(staging), therapies including surgery(radical operation or tumor-or cyto-reductive operation) and/or adjuvant chemotherapy,radiotherapy, immunotherapy,as well as the prevention of malignant ovarian tumors were discussed respectively.In this review, the authors emphasized the importance of conditions for radical surgery of malignant ovarian tumors and described the rational operative procedures in details. Finally, the authors propose that the best means for prophylaxis and early detection of malignant ovarian tumors will be depending on the epidemiologic case-control study for those related risk factors.
