Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的术后放疗

摘　　要：１９７９年１月至１９８９年８月，我院收治了１１７例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者。其中第一组４６例为单纯放疗，第二组２５例为手术治疗；第三组４６例接受手术加术后放疗。结果显示：手术加术后放疗组的１～５年局部控制率和生存率高于单纯手术和单纯放疗组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。AbstractFrom January 1979 to August 1989, 117 cases of stage Ⅲ NSCLC were treated.Thepatients were divided into three groups: Group Ⅰ(46 cases)received radiotherapy alone,Group Ⅱ(25 cases)received surgery alone and Group ⅢI(46 cases) received surgerycomibined with postoperative radiation therapy, Follow-up rate was 98%. The 5-year survivalrates of GroupⅠ、 Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 0%、6.57%and 20.42%, respectively(p<0.005). The 5-yearlocal control rates were 0%、0%and 18.54%, respectively, Our data showed that thetreatment result of Group Ⅲ is the best. The authors believe that postoperative radiotherapyis crucial for non-small lung cancer by improving the survival and the local control.
