重症肌无力及其危象血浆置换疗法的临床研究

摘　　要：本文报道血浆置换疗法治疗３例重症肌无力及１例重症肌无力危象患者。在血浆置换后，临床症状迅速被控制，危象被纠正，免疫学指标有明显好转。本疗法以每次置换血浆量８３０ｍｌ，每周１～２次，４次一疗程为宜。为预防血浆置换后发生“抗体反跳”现象，在血浆置换同时应用环磷酰胺，在危象患者还需同时加用氟美松，血浆置换后用强的松或６—ＭＰ维持治疗。This artical reported four cases suffering from myasthenia gravis and oneof them got myasthenia gravis crisis, who had treated with plasma exchange (PE). Af-ter this method had made, the patients symptom were controled rapidly, the crisis disappeared and the patient became safe. The exchange amount was 0. 83 liter of plasmaeach. PE was performed one or two time a week. Four time make a course of treatment.In order to prevent the patients for 'antibody rebound phenomenon', cyclophosphamidewas applied at the same time adding dexamethasone in the crisis, 6-mp was maintanedfollowing the PE treatment.
