胃癌病人手术前后血液流变的变化

摘　　要：本文研究了２８例经病理证实的胃癌病人手术前后血液流变学的变化，结果表明：行胃癌根治切除术的病人（ｎ＝１８）术后８～１０周血粘度比术前普遍降低，部分指标差异显著；而仅行胃癌姑息切除术的病人（ｎ＝１０）术后８～１０周血粘度与术前相比无明显改变。因此，测定血液流变学参数可考虑作为判断胃癌病人手术治疗效果的一项参考指标。Hemorheologic changes were studied on 28 patients with gastric Cancer, including 16 male and 12 female by means of pathological diagnosis. After curative surgical removal of tumor (8~10W), hemorheologic parameters of gastric cancer patients decressed markably as compared with the pre-operative values (n= 18) ;After palliative resection in gastric cancer (8-10W) , hemorheologic parameters were unaffected (n= 10). From these results we can conclude that hemorheologic study may be useful in monitoring the response to therapy.
