摘　　要：ＳｃｒｅｅｎｉｎｇＲａｔＨｙｐｅｒｔｅｎｓｉｏｎ－ＲｅｌａｔｅｄＧｅｎｅｓＢｙＤｉｆｆｅｒｅｎｔｉａｌＤｉｓｐｌａｙＣａｏＹｕｑｉｎｇ曹宇清，ＺｈａｎｇＣｈｅｎｈｕｉ张晨晖，ＬｉＱｉａｎｈｏｎｇ李倩虹，ＸｕＰｉｎｇ徐平，ＺｈｏｕＡｉｒｕ周爱儒，ａｎｄ...Hypertension is considered to be a multifactorial genetic trait and some genes are responsible for blood pressure differences between SHR and WKY,a pair of inbred hypertensive and normotensive rats.We have applied differential display technology to the identification of mR-NAs differentially expressed in the vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)of these two strains. One set of combinant primers (T12MA and arbitrary primer A)has been used to search for differ-ences between VSMC mRNAs. Several WKY- specifically or SHR- specifically expressed cDNAs were picked out. One of them has been cloned and partially sequenced,and was found not homolo-gous with any dnown rat squences in the updated databank. Further genetic and functional analysis of this cDNA clone were under study.
