利洛司酮对早孕家兔子宫机械收缩及肌电活动的影响

摘　　要：本研究通过埋植于孕子宫肌层的铂金电极及置于子宫角的开口水囊，记录孕子宫肌电及机械收缩活动，观察国产利洛司酮对早孕家兔子宫的兴奋作用及其子宫对外源性前列腺素类似物噻普酮（Sulprostone）的敏感性变化；同时观察其终止家兔早孕的效果，探索利洛司酮终止早孕的作用机制。结果为：①利洛司酮能有效终止家兔早孕，3个处理组妊娠抑制率均为100％。②利洛司酮能有效兴奋早孕子宫，孕兔子宫对PGs-Sulprostone的敏感性反应明显强于对照组。Effects of Lilopristone,ZK98,734,a new potent antiprogestin,on mechanic and electromyographic activities of rabbit uterus and the sensitivity changes of myometrium to prostaglandin derivative Sulprostone，by means of platinum electrode(DO.lmm)individually implanted to the myometrium and open-ended，fluid filled catheter placed in the uterus cavity,during early pregnancy were observed.The effect of the drug for termination of early pregnancy in rabbit was also evaluated.The results of study showed that 24 h after Lilopristone administration spontaneous contractions and electrical activities of uterus occurred，which were strengthened(amplitude X frequency)and electric discharge strenth(amplitude X frequency)between these three groups were not statistically significant(P＞0．05).The response of uterus to sulprostone was much sharper in the treatment group than in control group．All embryos of 12 early pregnancy rabbits died,the inhibition-ratio of pregnant in three experimental group were 100％(P＞0．05)，but in the control group the development of the embryos generally was normal.Lilopristone could terminiate early pregnancy of rabbits,stimulate the myometrium and increase its sensitivity to sulprostone.
