芽孢杆菌B01在鼠、鸡肠内对肠道致病菌的生物拮抗作用研究

摘　　要：本研究通过芽孢杆菌（代号Ｂ０１），在小鼠、雏鸡肠内对肠道致病菌的拮抗作用 表明：（１）小鼠肠内， Ｂ０１菌液对鸡大肠杆菌（从６． １７× １０９／克降至１． １４× １０８ １克）的拮抗作用比对猪大肠杆菌（从４． ６５× １０５／克降至２． ６６× １０７克）强；Ｂ０１ 菌液对鸡白痢沙门氏菌以（从５． ５× １０９／克降至３． ３× １０８／克）的拮抗作用比对猪 霍乱沙门氏菌（从２．３×１０９／克降至２．１× １０８／克）强；Ｂ０１培养物滤液对鸡大 肠杆菌有拮抗作用而对猪大肠杆菌无拮抗作用，对鸡白痢沙门氏菌的拮抗作用 强，但Ｂ０１培养物菌液较滤液拮抗作用持久；（２）雏鸡肠内Ｂ０１菌液对雏鸡肠内 大肠杆菌有明显拮抗作用（从９．７２×１０７／克降至１．３× １０８／克），对鸡白痢沙 门氏菌有极显著的拮抗作用（从７．９８× １０８／克降至４．４３× １０8 ／克）。Ｂ０１菌液 对雏公鸡试验证明安全无副作用．The study that the Bacillus (B01)antagonist the Entherothogens in the gut of mice and chicken shew: (l) In the gut of mice; the antagoniusm of B01 on E, coli in chicken (6. 17×108/g to 1. 14×108/g) is stronger than that of B01 on E. coli in pig (4. 65×108/g to 2. 66×107/g), The antagonism on S. pullorum (5. 5×109/g to 2. 66×107/g) is stronger than that on S. cholerosuis (2. 3×109/g to 2. l×108/g). The filtrate of B01 has antagonism on E. coli in chicken, but has on antagonism on E. coli in pig, the antagonism on S. Pullorum is stronger than that on S. Pullorum. is stronger than that on S. cholerosuis. The antagonism of 801 lasted longer than of its filtrate. (2) In tie gut of chicken, B01 bas obvious antagonism on E. coli in chicken (9. 72×107/g to 1. 3×106/g) , and has very obvious antagonism on S. pullorum (7. 98×106/g to 4. 43×105/g). The experiment proved that B01,as safely to the chicken ling.
