鸡微生物饲料添加剂饲喂肉用仔鸡扫描电镜下小肠粘膜的研究

摘　　要：本文对饲喂鸡微生物饲料添加剂肉用仔鸡的小肠粘膜，作了扫描电镜研究．结 果表明：试验组鸡小肠粘膜皱襞增多，绒毛长度加长，粘膜陷窝加深，小肠吸 收面积增大．为鸡微生物饲料添加剂促进肉鸡生长性能的改变，提供了科学依据．A trial was conducted: to compare the mucous membrane, by scanning electron microscope, of the small in testine of the broiler chicks. fed wits (treatment) or without (control) a microbial feed additive. The trial lasted for 8 weeks. More wrinkles, higber villus, and deeper crypt on small intestinal mucosa of the treated broilers were observed. Tie absorptive area of the small intestine was also enlarged. The research provided the scientific basis for the improvement of the growth performance of the broilers by mitrobial feed additive.
