摘  要:用光化学法激发大鼠局部脑血栓形成,从脑皮层能量代谢、脑水含量、乳酸含量、局部脑血流量(rCBF)、心室收缩与舒张的最大速率(+dp/dtand-dp/dtmax),左室每分功(LVMW)、心输出量(CO)、每搏出量(SV)、心肌血流量(BF)及外周总阻力(TPR)等项指标,探讨局部脑血栓形成后4,24h及5d脑机能代谢的改变及其对心功能和血液动力学的影响。结果表明,脑血栓形成和脑血流紊乱不仅使脑代谢抑制、乳酸及脑水含量增加.还导致心功能障碍及血液动力改变。脑血栓形成5d,脑代谢障碍继续加重,而心功能已恢复至对照水平;提示本实验条件下心功能异常为一可逆性改变。An animal model with photochemically initiated regional thrombosis in rat has been performed.The cortex energy metabolism,Iactate level,water content,regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF),left ventricular contractility and relaxing function (+ dp/dt and-dp/dt max),left ventricular stroke work(LVSW),cardiac output (CO),stroke volume (SV), total preipheral resistance (TPR) and the myoardial blood flow (BF)were used as the indexes of cardiac functions and hemodynamics in 4 ,24 h and 5 d following cerebral thrombosis, Results showed that the cerebral thrombosis and blood flow disturbance are not only caused failure of energy metablosm of brain and increases in lactate and water contents but also resulted in cardiac dysfunctions and hemodynamic changes.5 d following cerebral thrombosis,the brain energy metabolism depressed progressively but cardiac functions began to reverse to the control level.It suggest that the cardiac abnormalitice is recersible in our experimental condition.
