内镜注射治疗上消化道出血

摘　　要：经内镜注射复方消痔灵、无水酒精、高渗盐水。肾上腺素－利多卡因等治疗上消化道出血２６４例，即刻止血率９９．６２％，仅１例再出血转外科手术止血，无并发症。上消化道出血经内镜局部注射止血，操作简便，药源充足，价格低廉，值得推广应用。cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage,caused by gastric-duodenal ulcer,gastric cancer,rupture of blood vessel or artero-venousoma,were treated by local injection endoscopic in recent 15 years.The injections consist of Xiao-zhi-ling mixture,ethanol,lidocaine,hyperosmotic saline and epinephrine(L-HS-E)and so on.The bleeding were arrested immediately in all cases but one,without any complication.The hemostatic rate is 99.62%,The authors consider that the methods are simple,convenient,effective and safe and could be widely used.
