幼年型喉乳头状瘤组织中HPV-DNA的检测及其意义的研究

摘　　要：seventeen cases of juvenile laryngeal papilloma were investigated for human papiliomavirus (HPV) using in situDNA hybridisation to determine the HPV infection in the disease in Guangdong Chinese . The results showedthat ten of seventeen cases were positive forHPV-DNA, countering for 58.8%, while the controlwas negative(P<0.005). this implies that the HPV infection is reponsible for the development of the disease inGuangdong area.
