摘　　要：The stress analysis of the human femur is considerably complicated.In additionto the motional posture and the loading condition of the femur,it is greatly related toits geometry and bony structure in different parts.In previous researches,the meansof femoral shape using in the finite-element-analysis was obtained by means of apply-ing the radiographs which were then input in computer.Obviously,the results wereneither real nor precise.In this paper,the computer image processing was used toget the geometry and the size of the human femur,which could make the finite-ele-
