10例晚期恶性淋巴瘤 自体骨髓移植和预处理

摘　　要：采用自体骨髓移植(ABMT)和BCAV联合化疗或CTX加全淋巴照射两种预处理方案,治疗10例晚期恶性淋巴瘤,取得了较好的效果。两方案疗效相近。CTX加用其他抗癌药,并将TLI剂量提高至7.5～8Gy,会进一步提高该方案的杀伤作用。非何杰金淋巴瘤因结外,骨髓受侵,或合并白血病可能性较高,宜采用全身照射作预处理。From 1986 to 1990, ten patients with refractory advanced malignant lymphoma from conventional chemo- or radiotherapy were treated by CTX 60 mg/kg plus total lymphoid irradiation (TLI- 6-7 Gy) or chemotherapy alone (BCAV) as pretreatment for autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT). Bone marrow 570-870 ml was retransfused with.1. 15-1. 27±108 nucleated cells/kg and 0. 84-1. 34 ± 104 normal granulocytic and macrophagocytic progenitors (CFU-GM)/kg. After treatment, all patients gave complete remission, but 2 NHL patients and 1 HD patient died in 1-year of central nervous system invasion where as the other 7 patients are still living as of this writing. The authors believe that CTX combined with other agents is better than CTX alone in CTX+TLI protocal. In recent years , ABMT has been playing more important roles in the treatment of advanced malignant lymphomas and leukemias. It has also been tried for solid tumors.
