S-8932,S-8933合并应用对LA-795肺腺癌增敏作用观察

摘  要:以小鼠实体肿瘤LA-795肺腺癌研究了4NGNa(S-8932)和3NGNa(S-8933)两种异构体联合应用的放射增敏效果。结果表明两种化合物毒性低,S-8932LD_(50)=1472.7mg/kg,S-8933LD_(50)=1310.515mg/kg,放射增敏比(SER)为1.2~1.37(平均1.28),随放射剂量增加SER逐渐降低。Two kinds of Z-(substituted cinnamoyl) amino acids: 4 NGNa (S-8932) and SNGNa (S-8933) were used concomitantly in the study of radiosensitization of mice pulmonary adenocarcinoma. The results showed that the toxicity of either preparation was low; S-8932 LD50=1472. 7 mg/kg and S-8933 LD50 = 1310. 515 mg/kg. The sensitizing enhancement ratio (SER) ranged from 1. 2-1. 37 with an average of 1. 287 which lowered with the radiation dose.
