摘  要:本文介绍了空气泡沫的结构和流动性质;阐述空气泡沫保护孔壁和岩矿心机理、防漏堵漏机理、携带岩粉机理和对钻头的冷却作用:对其相关因素泡沫的寿命及添加剂的防塌作用。文中叙述了泡沫携带岩粉能力的现场试验和理论计算对比,认为岩屑与泡沫的上升速度基本上是同步的。提出以衰减率的计算公式来鉴别泡沫的性能以利于掌握和运用。推荐了在斜孔和不稳定长孔段的地层中钻进,配合采用添加剂更有利于提高应用效果。In the paper,the author introduces the structure of air foam and its flow property,and discusses the air foam mechanisms of protecting hole well and cores, carry ing drilling cuttings and leak resistance and block ,and cooling effect on bits and collapse-proof of additives,he also predicts the life of air foam. Comparing the capacity of carrying drilling cuttings on the spot with that in theory, the author considers that the ascending velocity of foam is basically in line with that of drilling cuttings,and proposes that in order to master and utiliae the foam, the calculating formula of attenuation rate should be used to identify the property of foam,and recommends that the air foam and additives be cooperatively applied to inclined hole and unstable long hole section ,this will much more raise the applied effects of foam.
