摘　　要：本文通过30具尸体(60例)面神经下颌缘支的解剖观察,就其支数及分型、与面动脉的位置关系、神经走向等进行了描述和分析。讨论了头颈部手术时保护面神经下颌缘支的有关问题。60 cervical-facial halves of the adult cadavers were observed for studying the anatomy of the marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve. The numbers, types relationship between the facial artery and travel of the marginal mandibular aere nerve analyzed. The ways to prevent the marginal mandibular nerve from being injured in head and neck operation were discussed.
