原发性腹膜后肿瘤39例临床分析

摘　　要：报道原发性腹膜后肿瘤(PRT)39例,年龄2～71岁,男女比例1.4∶1,恶性占82.1%.腹块和腹痛为最常见症状.部份表现为腰背痛或下肢麻木、疼痛及贫血等;术前误诊率35.9%.良性肿瘤切除率100%,而恶性肿瘤切除率仅为26.9%.文中对 PRT 的论断和治疗作了讨论.Thirty—nine cases (aged 2～71) with primary retropertoneal tumors were reported.Themalignant lession was 82.1% out of the cases.Most of the symptoms were mass and pain ofabdomen,and some of the patients presented as backach,pain or numbness of a leg and ane-mia.The ratio of misdiagnosis was 35.9% before operation,100% of the benign lesions and26.9% of the malignant lesions were resected.The diagnosis and treatment of the tumorswere also disscussed in the paper.
