人脊神经节生前发育的光镜、电镜研究

摘  要:用光镜、电镜方法研究4~10个月胎儿第一腰脊神经节神经元发育。Nissl 染色发现,脊神经节神经元密度随胎儿月龄增加而下降;神经元平均直径随胎龄增加逐步增大,但10个月胎龄神经元的直径还远不如成年神经元的直径。电镜研究揭示,在胎龄4个月时髓鞘已经形成,7个月以后发育良好,9、 10月胎龄时还可见到开始髓化的纤维,每个视野无髓纤维均占所见神经维纤的多数。This paper focused on the development of the L_1 ganglions of 4~10 month old fetus by light microscope and electron microscope.Nissl staining revealed the number of the spinal ganaglion neurons decreased with the growth of the fetuses.The diameters of the neurons increased with the growth of the fetuses on the contrary,the diameters of the neurons of 10-month old fetus were much smaller than the adult's.Electron microscope studies showed that the myelin had already been formed at 4-month old and developed well after 7-month old.Fibers beginning to be myeli-nateh could still be seen in 9 or 10-month old fetuses.But,in every case,the unmyelinated ner-ve fibers occupied most of the visual field.
