经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术前后心电图观察

摘　　要：对42例经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术(PBMV)前后心电图(ECG)进行研究。结果显示,PBMV术前后P(Ⅱ)波宽,ptfv_1值均有显著差异(P<0.05),电轴,Rv_1+Sv_5无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与血流动力学改变相一致。认为ECG可作为评价PBMV疗效指标之一。Electrocardiogram(ECG)were performed in pre-and post-percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV)in 42 patients.The results showed there was a significant difference(P <0.05)in the width of the P wave of lead Ⅱ and the ptfv_1 in per-and post-PBMV.But there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the QRS axis and the amplitude of Rv_1+Sv_5.These results correlated well with the hemodynamic changes.Thus,ECG is a tool for evaluating the efficiency of PBMV.
