人体汗腺导管充盈时间检测方法研究

摘  要:使用 GSR 结合作者拟定的定量汗点方法,首次对健康大学生男17人,女28人前臂屈侧汗管充盈时间(FTSD)进行79次(男34次,女45次)测定,并测定了5名男大学生轻负荷运动时的 FTSD。发现两性个体驱动汗腺活动的潜伏期(LDSA)及 FTSD 相对稳定,且不受上、下午时辰影响。两性 LDSA 无显著差异,FTSD 有明显差异(P<0. 05) 。轻负荷运动可明显缩短 LDSA,但对 FTSD 无明显影响。The filling time of the ducts of eccrine sweat glands(FTSD)on the flexional surface of forearm for 17 male and 28 female healthy students of our college were determined 79 times (male 34,female 45) .Meanwhile,5 male student's FTSDs were measured when they were doing mild exercise.It was discovered that the latency for driving sweat glands to activate(LDSA)and FTSD were relatively stable in both genders, and not effected by the time phases of morning or afternoon.The difference of LDSA between two genders was not significant,but of the FTSD wassignificant(male 3min5s±14s,femal 2min27s±7s,P<0. 05) .LDSA was descreased remarkably by the mild exercise,while the FTSD was not.
