摘　　要：1 Introduction We have developed a monoclonal antibody specific for the retinal ganglion neuronotrophic factor (RGNTF). Using the immunoglobulin (IgG) fraction of this monoclonal antibody as an antigen, we have recently developed its anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody (RGNTF anti-idiotypic antibody) which is an anti-paratopic idiotypic antibody capable of binding to the receptor of RGNTF.
