摘　　要：本文报道了由澳大利亚WEHI研究所(The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research)引进的悉生SCID(Severe Combined Immunodeficient)小鼠肠道厌氧菌群的分离、鉴定结果。该小鼠粪便标本需氧及厌氧培养发现应用非选择性Scheadler血琼脂需氧条件下有一种革兰氏阳性杆菌生长;厌氧条件下生长的培养物经数种选择性培养基也分离出革兰氏阴性及阳性杆菌,据细菌形态学,染色特征,生化反应特性等鉴别为吉氏拟杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和梭形杆菌。Summary The paper reports the results of isolating and idantificaring the intestinal anaerobic bacteria flora(CRASF) in the gnotobiotie SCID (severe combined immunodefieient) mice. On non-selective Scheadler medium, the cecum of mice are found to contain a numbers of Gram's positive and negative bacilis. One strain of them could grow under aerobic conditions. On selective anaerobic medium, the baeteroides, lactobacilus and fusiform-shaped bacteria have been found. On the basis of biochemical and morphological propert ies, cultures were assigned to bacteroides distasonis, lactobacilus acidophlus and fusobacterium mortiferum. The furthemore research is on progress.
