论民族传统体育与学校体育的互动发展

摘　　要：民族传统体育是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，但是在以奥林匹克运动为代表的体育全球化的带动下，对民族传统体育产生巨大的冲击，民族传统体育项目面临着流失和濒临消亡的危险。学校体育是传播体育文化的重要途径，将民族传统体育引进学校体育教学中，一方面：民族传统体育对学校体育发展的促进作用，能丰富学校体育教学资源，推动学校体育教学改革，有利于提高学生的身心健康和综合素质的提高，有利于培养青少年学生终身体育意识；另一方面：学校体育对民族传统体育发展具有推动作用，有利于民族传统体育的挖掘、整理和保护，利于民族传统体育的推广普及与传承。National tradition sport in an important part of Chinese traditional culture, while the traditional sport has to face up the olss and it is on the dangerous verge of extinction because of the attack of globalization of sports, which is represented by the Olympic movements. School sports are important ways of disseminating sports and culture. Introducing traditional sports to school physical education can1 on the one hand, promote the development of school sports and enrich teaching resources of school physical education. It will help improve students＇physical and mental health and improve their overall quality as well as help young students have awareness for lifelong sports training. On the other hand, school sports will conducive to the development of traditional sports, in favor of mining, sorting and protection, national traditions and conducive to promotion, popularization and transmission of the traditional sports.
