银参饮对小剂量γ线诱发的狗放射反应及睾丸等损伤的防护作用

摘　　要：本文报道了一种新型中药制剂—复方银耳制剂(下称银参饮)的抗辐射作用。25条雄性狗被随机分成银耳、胱胺、银参饮低剂量、银参饮高剂量及对照5个组。各组于照前分别口服给药。γ线一次性全身照射,剂量为1Gy,剂量率0.168mC/kg·s。照后观察发现,预防服用银耳孢糖及银参饮能显著减轻受照狗的放射反应及睾丸、脾脏的辐射损伤,并促进其恢复。实验结果还提示,方中刺五加和银耳孢糖可能有协同或相加作用。This paper reports the antiradiation effect of Yim Shen Yin which is a new preparation of traditional Chinese medicine.25 male dogs were divided into five groups: tremella,mercaminum,Yin Shen Yin in high doses,Yin Shen Yin in low doses and control. These radioprotectives were taken orally before irradiation.The irradiation dose was 1 Gy.The dose rate was 0.168 mC/kg·s.The results showed that tremella and Yin Shen Yin could not only alleviate dogs'radioreaction and damage of testes and spleen but promote the recovery of testes.The results also suggested that Ciwujia(Acanthopanax senticosus)and Tremella fuciformis berk might have a synergetic and additive effect.
